X is an artist, writer, cultural worker, community organizer, curator and to the best of their abilities; a revolutionary.
X is the founding curator of HoodSchool NYC, a liberation-centered collective of artists, writers, students/educators, and everyday people creating new worlds free from imperialism, oppression, and exploitation.
X enjoys working hands-on with youth and adults to create & facilitate transformative spaces that nurture imagination and challenge the status quo toward liberated visions of tomorrow.

In this workshop, participants will engage contemporary and precolonial concepts of queerness using archival material and political/theoretical analysis. Through critical fabulation and creative expression, participants embark on a journey to reclaim definitions of the self and redefine what Pan-Afrikan solidarity means.
